Thanks guys and embarrassing to say that the reason was that I’d totally missed the shipping locations dropdown box on the general tab! It defaulted to not allowing shipping which is why the shipping option wasn’t active! Changed that and it works (of course it works!)

I’m getting a similar thing. I sell vinyl albums. 3 albums sent to Italy Tracked and Signed is showing as ￡30.65 – way over! The postage is calculating these as individual items not grouping as they used to. Got to be a bug in the new version?

I’ve just installed the free version though the initial page is only showing one image, no grid. If you click the image it opens a lightbox type window where you can scroll through – url here > https://www.soulbrother.com/will-downing-store-15th-october-2016/

on portfolio edit/creation page there is a box for the main image, a description box and a url box but no box for a category (which I’m presuming relates to the grid display – it shows on your demo video) Is the latter only a feature of the paid version?

Having strange issues with the Royal Mail plugin which is also returning the following message

“Sorry, it seems that there are no available shipping methods for your location (United States). If you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements please contact us”

I sell 45s, 12 Inch singles and vinyl LPs. Bearing in mind all items have weights and dimensions as well as shipping classes it’s bemusing how the 45s work fine but the LPs and 12s get rejected. It must be something ultra simple that I’m overlooking but every time I try to do a test order for a 12″ going to the USA it comes up with that message. Assuming there’s no need to set up different postage/shipping rules (because the Royal Mail plugin should just do that based on the weight, dimensions and location, right?) this must be a bug in the programme? A 12″ record is classed as a small parcel by Royal Mail so maybe it can’t deal with anything that isn’t a letter or large letter. Frustrating!

Tried using the widget to install this in the right sidebar….only the text displays ‘Payment methods accepted’ with no image below. The details are correct in the payment methods section of woocommerce.
Any ideas?

I use the exact same theme and cart and also don’t see this showing up in my admin area – please help!
