Thanks for the quick reply!

I’ve tried that and while it’s working on another page (economistfoundation.org/agora) the alignment is still causing problems on our home page.

1. Agora page alignment shows it working perfectly on the other page
2. Shows our countdown timer settings being set to 800px as you requested
3. Homepage alignement shows it still looking really weird
4. Shows the settings of the block that has the Shortcode. You’ll see that there is no CSS overriding the settings.

I only work Mondays and Fridays in this role so I will try tomorrow and let you know!

Will I lose the history attached to the IP addresses? My team use the plugin to work out which of our users have been online recently and the frequency etc. If this history will be deleted then I’ll need to let them know.

When I try to install the development version it says

Destination folder already exists. /srv/www/bnc/wp-content/plugins/wp-cerber/
Plugin install failed.

Do I have to uninstall the existing plugin first? I don’t want to lose all the existing whitelisting progress that we’ve made.

No, it just kind of refreshes and no messages appear. The little green “whitelist” box doesn’t appear next to the IP address no matter how many times I try to add the whitelist IP.

Okay fair point! Let’s ignore the blacklist issue for the moment – do you have a suggestion for the whitelist issue?

I am trying to whitelist IP addresses on the Access List tab.

You’re right! It is (phew). It’s not ideal though that the space around “human rights” is now quite uneven. Any idea what causes the spacing issue on some words but not others?

We already had ‘reasons’ set up as a synonym, so that wasn’t a fix.

I’ve now set it as a prefix, but it doesn’t seem to be working on this page
