You can check a users role by looking here:
Administration Panels > Users > All UsersYou can try to look up the owner of the domain name here:
https://whois.net/It’s important you own the URL….and have control over the hosting.

In reply to: Font Help Please (Driving me Crazy !! )Hello – have you checked to see if the text on both pages is using the same style…in other words Paragraph vs Heading?
You might try a browser plugin like FireBug to check and see what CSS is in use for each page.

In reply to: Google Phishing NotificationHi – have you tried posting to the iThemes support forum?
https://ithemes.com/forum/
They are probably better versed to help you with this one.
I would also contact my website host and see if they can shed any light on the situation.
And finally I would disable all my plugins….often plugins (or the theme) are the culprit.Good luck!

In reply to: How to remove original admin – wordpress siteHi – Be sure to back up your site before making any changes.
If this is a single site (and not a bunch of networked sites) you don’t have to worry about Super Admin.
If you are also an administrator you can delete them. They can not add themselves back in once you delete them.Summary of Roles
Super Admin – somebody with access to the site network administration features and all other features. See the Create a Network article.Administrator – somebody who has access to all the administration features within a single site.
Editor – somebody who can publish and manage posts including the posts of other users.
Author – somebody who can publish and manage their own posts.
Contributor – somebody who can write and manage their own posts but cannot publish them.
Subscriber – somebody who can only manage their profile.
Upon installing WordPress, an Administrator account is automatically created.
The default role for new users can be set in Administration Panels > Settings > General.
Hope this helps….Remember, backups are your friend. ??

In reply to: Should I Use WordPress? You might check out Divi by Elegant Themes.
https://www.elegantthemes.com/gallery/divi/
It’s a drag and drop builder that is very easy to use.
You can test drive the theme for free for 7 days before you buy it.
Also they have wonderful support forums. For what it’s worth when I first started out I went through several themes. Give it some time and consider joining your local WP users group to meet others that work with and/or use WP. Or attending a WordCamp conference.

Also, does your theme use custom fields? You might check there…sometimes they pre-populate things like widgets.Forum: Fixing WordPress
