You have way to much real estate that you’re not utilizing, both the left and right sidebars could use more content… social widgets, most popular posts, etc.

Top sidebar adsense widget is incorrectly sized. Other than that, looks good – clean and simple.

Nice – but I would definitely go with higher quality stock images for the slider.
