In reply to: Problem with eshopNo it isn’t resolved.
I tested whether it is PayPal by changing my buy now buttons to actual PayPal ones and it all works fine. The problem is the downloads are not automatically sent to the buyer and I have to send them manually which is a pain.
I will be looking at new shopping carts this week but would rather keep eShop as I know it. So if anyone has any ideas please??Thanks.

In reply to: Problem with eshopI only use PayPal and I think you might be right and this is a PayPal problem. I am going to create a PapPal buy now button and test that to see if it works.
By the way they are randomly time stamped with some the sam and some different references. It is really bizarre!
Thanks for your help. People like you who take the time to help out us Technoidiots make WordPress amazing!

In reply to: Problem with eshopOk I have updated everything.
Uninstalled and reinstalled eshop but it is still doing the same thing.
I ran a test and immediately in my inbox is 1 payment received email and 6 payment failed emails.
This is driving me crazy! Can anyone suggest another shopping cart that is simple to use for downloads only please or tell me what else I can do.
Thanks.

In reply to: Changed header and get red crossInterestingly on my laptop that I work from it shows (even when I am logged out of admin) but on anyone else’s still the red cross but it is only the new photo. The old header photo still shows on everyone’s.
I hope that makes sense!

In reply to: Unknown words floating over the top of my words on viewed pageThanks- that clears it so is obviously the problem but I want my FB plugin to work so how do I get round this please?
No worries Esmi all sorted. No idea what I did but fiddled with the permalinks switcing to different settings for a bit, never touched the .htaccess and it sorted itself. Thanks.
I can find a file in my file manager folder called .htaccess file at my Hostgator cpanel that was last modified today. Is that the one you mean? I don’t want to delete anything I shouldn’t!
