I would change the background color to black. Currently it’s set to white and took a second to load in your dark colored background image, which is a little jarring to the eye. Setting the background color to black makes a smoother transition while your image loads in.

Do you have any images of the damage that pests can do? Personally I thought the images of the rats where a bit cute and thought you were advertising a pet store.

Your images should probably be saved as jpg rather than png since they’re photographs and not vector images. This should reduce the size of the files and decrease the load time of your pages.

Being a photography site, I would really include large photos. The site currently looks like a law firm’s website. Also, there’s about five different font types on the homepage alone.
