I’m using the latest version of Yoast SEO 14.5. When I click on the Start Processing and Speed up your website now button I get this error:

Something went wrong while optimizing the SEO data of your site. Please try again later.

I also see this error on my search console:

SyntaxError: “JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data” wp-seo-indexation-1450.js:1:4101
475 wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/js/dist/wp-seo-indexation-1450.js?ver=14.5:1

I deactivated all the other plugins on the website and checked still have the same issue.

Can some one help me get this resolved?

Here is the rewrite rule I have in .htaccess file:

RewriteRule ^([_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/)?files/(.+) wp-includes/ms-files.php?file=$2 [L]

Can you let me know where should we add the “public” on the file to fix the issue.

I added define(‘FS_METHOD’, ‘direct’); in the functions.php and also on the wp-config.php and tried but I am getting installation failed error now.

Any idea why I am getting this error. I have upgraded the website earlier without any problem.

I have a problem with the related post. It is displaying post that are not from our website.

I also have the same problem. The content on the editor is erased when using “Visual” mode. I am using WordPress version 3.8.1 and qTranslate plugin
