For everyone else who is also facing problems with autoptimize and DataTables plugin please be aware that you also have to exclude css files that are connected DataTables in autoptimize. I’ve found these ones and added them to the section to be excluded:
jquery.dataTables.min.css,
responsive.dataTables.min.css,
tables.shortcode.css,
tables.view.css

Now everything works fine!

Any idea about how to stop the behaviour with the js click referrer? I can’t exclude each by IP as they are too many.

Same issue at my installation(s). Plugin Update Error and 404 error when trying to download from www.remarpro.com.

It seems been solved today with a new update. Unfortunately it now is conflicting with another plugin, the SiteOrigins PageBuilder .. Looking now for other plugins ..

Big problem here as well since last update. Seems it conflicts enormous with Yoast SEO Plugin as i can’t see anything to change in the page seo fields and anything i change within the page will not be seen on the live page. It’s just because of this plugin.
