Actually I have removed the cart step , the cart is a slide in cart and the user can process to the checkout directly . https://www.fastyle.fr/gamme-lofty

Just add a product to the cart and click on checkout in the slid in cart and then you will see the checkout page .

The thing is that I dont know if i is possible to replace the login button by your pop up
