I have tried this. I used Health Check plugin to deactivate plugins and changed to another theme. But it does not work. Moreover, there is another fact that I have created a staging website from this website. This staging website does not have any problem only main website has problem. The staging website is working good.

I have change Shop page display setting was at Show categories then I change it into Show Products and pagination starts working on main shop page. Thank you for your reply and time.
