Thanks for the solution. I’m back in!
However, I will note that I do not see a way to disable “Away Mode” through iThemes-Sync. Could you be more specific about how to do that through Sync?

In reply to: [Ninja Forms - The Contact Form Builder That Grows With You] Nope.Reviews like this are useless. If I were looking for a forms plugin and came across this review I would have to utterly disregard it. In fact I find this kind of review insulting to both developers and potential users of the plugin.
You didn’t indicate the version of WordPress or what specifically didn’t even work.
- Did it not install for you?
- Did it error out on activation?
- Are you an angry, competing developer?
- Did you reach out for support?
An interesting angle on this ‘newedgemarketing’ fellow. When you look at his other posts, you will quickly notice a lot of “How do I get this to work” (or very similar) posts that complain about this or that not working. All are very short posts that do not include details like WP version, PHP version, hosting etc.
IMHO want’s everything to work out of the box without any learning curve on his end. I see it because very early on that was me. I want to thank you for showing extreme restraint toward the lunacy that this type of complaining represent.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Default option for noindex nofollowFound the answer on my own.
Go to SEO settings, under Titles & Metas – Yoast WordPress SEO: there is a tab for Post Types. Find the post type you want to set a defaul for and check or uncheck as you see fit.
i.e., Pages; Meta Robots [ ] noindex, follow (uncheck it) and all Pages will use the ‘index, follow’ default
I think you can close this support ticket.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Default option for noindex nofollowMy sites almost always use page post types (not blog posts) so when I install WordPress SEO by Yoast. every page is set to noindex, nofollow!
PLEASE allow me to choose what the default is! I have one site that has over 650 pages that I would like to add SEO to but not at that level of labor! I would pay for the premium but not when such a basic concept is left untended and ignored.

In reply to: www.remarpro.com Forum Profile glitch?Just curious, has the ‘open ticket’ been fixed?

In reply to: [BackUpWordPress] Works great for my sites!I’m sorry to say that I must recant my previous recommendation of this plugin.
Recently my backup zip file sizes dropped dramatically from 4Gb to 3Mb! No changes to the settings! Opening the produced zip file reveals that I am now only getting the .sql file and noting else. Tried creating a new schedule setup and got same thing.
In this case I do not care about a ‘fix’ this should NEVER HAPPEN in a backup plugin. Cease to work? OK. Changing how it works, NO WAY! I do not recommend this plugin.
So if it did not work for you, why give it such a great rating?

In reply to: do not see plug in menu on the leftI’m having the same problem. Logged in as the admin and no plugins menu on the left. I’ve migrated from the Joomla world and was told my many other WordPress folks how supportive the people are on the support forum.
Yet, I also saw several other support posts on this problem (some of them years old) but all were closed without resolution. Very disappointing.
