You might please be advised to review the version. The plugin seems to be compromised with malicious code from this revision, and note this update here from the WP team.

Can you try run this query and adjust the wp_ as appropriate for your setting in wp-config.php
wp_
select count(*), sum(length(option_value)) as size from wp_options where option_name like '%transient_amp_remote_request_%';
Try check the autoload options for the plugin in the DB.
Backup the DB and run this SQL. delete from wp_options where option_name like "transient_amp_remote_request_%
delete from wp_options where option_name like "transient_amp_remote_request_%
