The WP person is going to do some research to see what plugin might work best for my purposes and get back to me. I LOVE the WP Happiness Engineers! They have me spoiled for any other support team. I can let you know what they come up with. BTW, I’m a social worker, not a programmer or developer, so I don’t really know what I’m doing. ??

Sorry, for my crankiness. I thought you were responding from the UM support group. I think their support desk closes at 5:00 p.m. UK time, which means it should be open for another 20ish minutes. I have the link password protected because it’s a membership site. It was silly for me to post the link since it doesn’t really work.

I just logged out and back in again and double checked my license and it’s the same thing.

I just purchased yesterday. My account is current and I have been logged in to my account when I’ve received that error. I just refreshed to make sure and the same thing happened.

You must have missed the part of my request that says I can’t open a support ticket. When I try to open a support ticket I get this message from the link:

Oops, sorry! Yes, it’s for WforP, not turbo. I put in WforP in the search and must have missed it that it was the wrong widget. Did I mention that I’m a complete novice? Yes, please email me!

Wait, I’m confused. I wasn’t able to get either the free version or premium version of WfP to work in Divi. Does the free version work? What am I doing wrong? Also, the short code is the same whether it’s the free or premium version, so what’s the difference?

OK, thanks. I just upgraded from Widgets on Pages to the professional version last night. So I need to just go back to the free version, right? Could I get a refund on the professional version?
