Do let us know how it goes after following my suggestion. You might want to briefly disable other plugins, on the live site, if that’s okay, except what I mentioned and see if you are still able to replicate the problem.

We’re using Woodmart, that uses an AJAX cart, and we know that this causes some issues with the plugin.
Right now we cannot get the “add to cart” event to fire. All the remaining events work and fire exactly as supposed to.
Can we get any method or documentation to manually change the actions that fire the event?It’s clear for me that Woodmart might have interfered with the way how add to cart event works by default.

Thus, the feasible solution would be to drop the use of anything that would interfere with how pixel events work by default within the plugin.
You also might want to consider talking with a developer if you want to implement Ajax cart that works with the plugin through the customization page here: https://woocommerce.com/customizations/

I’ve finally been able to connect my woocommerce catalog with my facebook page.
To get this, I had to deactivate my commercial account in facebook and started new one from the pluging.That’s great, I am happy for you!

Thanks for sharing the detail about your caching.
Next step is to disable all other plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Payments only, and temporarily let’s change the theme to Storefront theme.
With that done, can you please try again and the problem persists or not?
You can activate the plugins one by one to check which one is actually causing the problem.

I am suspecting that the plugin keeps trying to connect to the old catalog, while as you said it’s been deleted.
Could you please try the following?
These will be in two parts:
Part One: Deleting the database entries related to the plugin
What we want to do next is to completely remove the Facebook for WooCommerce data stored in your WordPress database.
– First of all, please backup your database [Important]
– Deactivate Facebook for WooCommerce
– Please navigate to your phpMyAdmin page, you might want to ask your host if you’re not sure, and then navigate to the SQL section and paste the code below into the white box, lastly please click Go:

When you go to WP Admin > Marketing > Facebook for WooCommerce, and click Manage connection, on the separate page, please take note of the name of the catalog connected. Is this the catalog where the affected product is out of stock located? I am asking because sometimes merchants have more than two catalog, and they overlook that they are looking at a catalog that is not synced to their WooCommerce store.

I’m aware of that plugin, as I mentioned it myself in the first message. I have also send a query to the developer of that plugin, and they asked me to ask for yours. Is there anything you can do? I’m stuck.

Can you please try keep WooCommere only and then install Google Listing & Ads. Does the install work then?
If yes, that would be a conflict with any other plugin.

We enabled de Experimental features – Try the new checkout experience (early access), and we really like the way it looks.
Downside for now is that we cannot find a way to edit the terms text displayed after credit card fields: “By providing your card information, you allow COMPANY NAME to charge your card for future payments in accordance with their terms.”
There are no Strings available within this piece of text at Loco translate, also gettext hook does not work. We even tried finding it accross the Plugin code, without any luck. So we suspect it comes as an iframe. Nevertheless… is there a way to edit this piece of text, wether in WP itself or from our Stripe account? (In case it needs to be done in Stripe, we would like to know exactly where, beacause we cannot find it).
To investigate this case, could you please share the following:
– What changes do you want to make for the current terms text “By providing your card information, you allow COMPANY NAME to charge your card for future payments in accordance with their terms.”? WooCommerce Payments is built in partnership with Stripe, and we follow Stripe’s terms and conditions, so I don’t think there is any possibility that we can change the terms here.
– Could you please share your site URL? I’d like to have a look at the checkout and the terms text myself

Sometimes this works, sometimes it doesn’t. Depends on what version you are on. Just updated to the latest, and it broke Smart Coupons (store credits) which is not good. Looked over our changelog and it has done this before as well.
Sorry to hear that you had such an unpleasant experience with the plugin.

By the way, it seems that you got a conflict problem between WooCommerce Shipping & Tax and Smart Coupons.
If you have the Smart Coupons plugin bought from our marketplace at WooCommerce.com, certainly that’s really odd!

I was testing with twentytwentytwo which wasn’t working, but just tested twentytwentyone and now it is. After doing some digging, looks like this could happen if add_theme_support( ‘woocommerce’ ); isn’t declared by the theme. Once this is included it fixes everything.
