    Hi @danielbmxd

Thanks for sharing the system status report.

To make sure that price update is synced to existing synced products on Facebook, please try the following:

    • Make sure that Facebook for WooCommerce logs is enabled here: WP Admin > Marketing > Facebook, example screenshot: https://d.pr/i/O6zYmM
    • Increase your site PHP time limit from 30 to 120
    • Clear WooCommerce transient data: WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Tools > WooCommerce transients > Click – Clear Transients (Button on right)
    • Disable LiteSpeed Cache and Wordfence plugins temporarily
    • Make another attempt to sync the products manually here: Marketing > Facebook > Product Sync (tab), click “Sync products”

Once all these steps done, if the problem persists, please grab the latest Facebook for WooCommerce log: WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Logs > Select – Log under drop-down (right side) > Click – View button

    I hope that helps!

Let me know how it goes!

    Hi @dauds

Thanks for sharing the screenshot and the redirect code.

But it’s still unclear to us what might have caused the problem.

    Next step:

This might be caused by a conflict. You can try the following to confirm that:

    – Switch the theme briefly to Storefront theme, do a test payment with the same payment gateway, see if the problem is resolved. If not, do the below steps:

    – Disabled all plugins except WooCommerce and the payment gateway you use.
    – Test a fake order using the payment gateway and see if the issue is resolved.

    I hope that helps!

Let me know how it goes!

    Hi there,

I am also having issues with this as Pinterest says I need to add checkout events, product id’s, value and currency which have all been marked as approved previously. My product id for add to basket was fine yesterday but now has issues as well.

    That’s really odd!

As your problem is actually about “Pinterest for WooCommerce” plugin, I’d suggest that you create a ticket that puts directly with the support team of this plugin (SauCal).

To do so, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. Then choose Pinterest for WooCommerce for the name of the product.

You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

I trust that points you in the right direction, for now I’ll set this thread as resolved.

    Hi @dzire2dzine

At the time of setup, when I choose “Automatically sync my store’s shipping settings to Google.” it is showing error “Unable to complete your setup” and when I select “My shipping settings are complex.” It seems to work, please guide how to resolve this?

The error appears to be the same as previously you got.

And it looks like Google indeed doesn’t have shipping cost estimation for India as it was said before in the error log:

No estimated shipping time found for country: IN

So the workaround is correct, you just need to not check the “Automatically sync my store’s shipping settings to Google” option instead just check “My shipping settings are complex”, meaning that you have to setup shipping for each product independently through WooCommerce shipping section.

    I hope that helps!

    Hi Velli,

im looking for a more comfortable way for my customer to get a notification that his money is on they way

I am afraid at the moment there is no option for having a notification that a merchant’s deposits are on their way.

If you really need this feature, you can submit a feature request so this can be implemented on our WooCommerce Payments plugin here.

I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions, let us know.

    Hi @kstavrov

    Glad that it worked ??

I’m going to mark this as resolved.

Feel free to create a new post with your other questions.

    Have a good one!

    Hi @der_velli

Is it possible to send a mail when the transfer was successfull? or has this to be done by stripe?

I am not aware if that’s possible.

But basically, you can see the estimated dates when the deposits are transferred to your bank account, and you can also download the past deposit history here: WP Admin > Payments > Deposits:

    Hi @yourebayexpert

i have turned woocommerce payments OFF and disabled woocommerce admin and now all of a sudden my site is running super fast in back end and no more issues

I am happy that it’s finally resolved.

But that’s really odd. I believe WooCommerce Payments and or WooCommerce Admin shouldn’t be a problem here.

If you’re interested to find the real culprit you can do a full conflict test.
    ?
    To do the conflict test:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce, and WooCommerce Payments
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    I hope that helps!

    Hi @kateharris

Ok, so I managed to get the site onto my local hosting. Looks like WP Super Cache was the block there, so I guess I should look for a better caching plugin. If you have any better recommendations, I’d really appreciate it.

Glad that you found the reason.

We don’t have any specific caching plugin to recommend. If you use WP Super Cache, please refer to this guide on how to avoid any issues with WooCommerce: https://woocommerce.com/document/configuring-caching-plugins/#wp-super-cache

I changed the theme to Storefront and deactivated all plugins except for WooCommerce and WooCommerce Payments only.

Is that on your live site or on your local test site?

Hopefully, the image will help to show you what I mean, but there is now no option to enter in any test card payments, which I need to have in order to test if the error still exists

First of all, please make sure that if your host offers server-level caching that you also clear the server-level caching to make sure images are shown.

Secondly, in order for you to see the option to enter any test card, please make sure that WooCommerce Payments test mode is enabled.

So then, I thought I’d activate Autocomplete WooCommerce Orders, Checkout Plugins – Stripe for WooCommerce, WooCommerce Cart Abandonment Recovery, WooCommerce Shipping & Tax, and the WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugins.

Can you please advise which payment gateway doesn’t show the option to enter any test card?

Either WooCommerce Payments or our WooCommerce Stripe Gateway, the test mode should be enabled first before you can enter a test card on the checkout page.

    I hope that helps!
