The problem was solved with the Classic Widgets plugin (I saw this on woocommerce page for the attribute filter).
Glad that it’s fixed now!

I need a plugin that allows various components to add to a product but allows me to define a capacity for each product

I was on the Payments set up section, in particular, “verify your personal data” area, I chose by mistake “United States” as my home address and now I can not change it.
In that case, it appears that you need to get that account deleted and start again with the correct country.

You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

To help troubleshoot your issue, we’d like a copy of your System Status Report.
Can you please share your System Status Report with us?
You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

Indeed, that’s really odd!
But I am happy to know that the automated hourly scheduled hour works.

Stripe suspended the account beacuse is a only phramacy, but they sell only perfumes, so we are waiting a reply from them.
Thanks for that noted. In that case, you can wait them for the final resolution.
Here the screenshot of the order that have suspended status but have generated the order completed email.
I checked the screenshot, here’s what I understood:
- – The order wasn’t completed but the charge was authorized. Which means you need to process the payment or cancel it. This happens when your Stripe setting was set to authorize a charge only not to immediately capture payment. In short, the payment wasn’t completed yet, and you need to action to process/capture the payment. We explain about it on our doc: https://woocommerce.com/document/stripe/#does-stripe-support-authorization-and-capture
- – The order status itself is pending, which means no payment was actually received yet on your payment gateway (Stripe)

i’ve contacted Stripe but what i don’t understand is why i’ve receved the woocommerce order completed email if payment is not completed.

First of all, may I know what Stripe support said when you contacted them for the reason that your account was disabled?
Secondly, can you please take a screenshot of the example order that you said payment wasn’t completed but you got the WooCommerce order completed email?

Please note that as far as I am aware, WooCommerce is compatible with many established payment plugins listed on WooCommerce.com.
It’s pretty strange to know if it has issues that cause an error with your custom payment plugin.
I suspect since you create a custom plugin for your own, it could be there is some issue in the code.
