I had a sale from Pinterest but why I didn’t see it in the source column?
Please make sure that Order Attribution Tracking is enabled to see any order referred from Pinterest shown on the order “Origin” column.

Could you please help me understand:
- Why there’s a discrepancy between the indicated number of drafts and the ones actually visible?
- What the “Mine” category means and why no articles appear under it?
The answer for question 1, it depends.
Here’s what I’d suggest:
- Clone your site into staging:
- Update the WordPress plugin to the latest version
- Disable all other plugins except WordPress
- Install a plugin that can do database repair, optimization
- optimize and repair your WordPress install then check if the problem is still there or not
For question 2, for “Mine” category, I can’t really replicate that problem. So please complete the above steps, as it should also help find out whether this is problem related to core WordPress or comes from additional plugins.

When editing text in the Block editor, using the left or right arrow keys causes the page to jump up or down by half a screen, disrupting precise navigation. This issue does not occur in the Classic editor. Additionally, the floating formatting bar (Bold/Italic/…) often obstructs parts of the text, despite ample unused space at the top of the screen. These issues make quick text editing frustrating and inefficient.
Have you tried to conflict testing by keeping WordPress only and disable any other plugins on your site and see if the problem goes away?
If you can’t do that, you can clone the site to staging and test there with WordPress only, see if the problem is gone. If that doesn’t happen with WordPress alone, that’s usually as a result of conflict with different plugins you might have on the site.

My issue here is that my site at subdomain.domain.com is the same as example.com, which I do not want.
How can I get them both to show different material for each domain.
To show different content on
subdomain.domain.com
anddomain.com
, you need to install a different WordPress on these different two places.If you have cPanel hosting panel you will be able to choose to install a different WordPress on root domain (domain.com and subdomain.domain.com).
But if you manage your own server, you need to manually prepare the database and WordPress files.
Make sure that you don’t do alias from root to the subdomain as well to ensure you have different WordPress.
I am not totally sure which ones I should exclude though …anything that mentions woocomerce? Perhaps I would be better off ditching SG Optimizer altogether?

Or you can also disable the SG Optimizer for the time being and see if the problem is resolved @itsaskew

Your docs describing how to setup the old UA interface where there was an “Ecommerce settings” enable button one had to use.

Right now I have no clue if anything needs to be set on Google site. I get realtime data but not a bit of the woocommerce happenings. The Tag debug thing said that everything is working and showed code for checkout and cart. But its seems Googles own Tag Debug has nothing to say in that matter if their Analytics fetch that data too which is pointless to me… All tutorials show outdated information on this matter. And yes, I know about the 24h time frame. I have GA4 running since last year
I see no purchase or checkout or anything WC related in GA4

Make sure that there are no duplicated Google Analytics tracking scripts, and sometimes when you use Google Tag Manager it could be conflicting.

In the last two weeks, a subscriber on the list was sent an email – for some reason, emails sent to the list in which she is registered stopped being sent to her (for all other subscribers on the list, the emails are sent regularly).
The subscriber is not marked as inactive and opens the emails that are sent to her regularly.In the check I made on her statistics – I saw that the last email sent to her was at the beginning of November – although additional emails were sent to the list she is on and were received by the other subscribers on the list.
Only for her they were not sent at all

In order to get a better understanding of what might be happening here, could you please let us know the following:
- What is the email service they’re using? Is it like Gmail or a custom domain attached email address?
- Can you please send us the following information:
– A screenshot of the MailPoet > Help > System Status page. Please ensure to capture the whole page or make several screenshots.
– Copy and paste the information from MailPoet > Help > System Info.

Are you saying she belongs to another list as well, and in that list she continues to receive the emails?

Every registered user is added to WordPress User list, and if they subscribe to any other list I want them to be removed from?WordPress?User list.
Have you tried creating an automation that does the following?
- If a subscriber subscribe to a list
- Remove them from a specific list (WordPress) list

There is no documentation on the API that seems to support adding and removing user tags.
That’s not possible at the momment.
There’s an existing feature request for this, you can upvote it here.
Also in the documentation it states that the user is added with the subscribed or unsubscribed status depending on the settings in Mail Poet. But in MailPoet it appears to force double optin.
We highly recommend double optin as that will improve sending quality. You don’t want your email campaigns to land in spam folder, don’t you?
But if you’d like, you can disable double optin by checking “No” under Enable sign up confirmation setting as described in our documentation.

Multiple websites with Mailpoet installed getting 431 Header errors. “Request Header Fields Too Large” I suspect it’s the massive cookie from Mailpoet.
I haven’t seen such a problem in MailPoet. Can you please copy the full log of the error here?
