Go to C Panel and go to the plugin folder.
Rename the woocommerce folder then enter this address in your browser:

https://yoursiteadress.com/wp-admin/plugins.php

Type and press Enter

I created the same problem for my site updating to version 5.7

I reinstalled version 5.6 but to no avail and my site is still down

There is no problem with your plugin
The problem was that plugin ckeditor for wordpress
For about 3 years it has not been updated
I cleared CKEditor for WordPress and your plugin worked well
