Hmm. That’s shame.
I’ll have another look at your original link, but ultimately I think I’ll just end up not using it ??
That is a super quick response! Thanks for that.
However, as I’m not a programmer (I wouldn’t be using Elementor if I was), I’m not sure how to implement this.
I understand the exclude images part, but no idea how to work the code into the site or what needs to be put in the code.
Would this be something you are able to help with or is it something I need to speak to the theme developer to find out how to fix this?

In reply to: [ColorMag] Setting Catagories is duplicating pages in SEMrushHi Bikalpa
Sadly that hasnt worked.
I am adding catagories in the main WordPress page but the tagged pages are not showing in the right place.
Here is an example. One of my pages is https://www.slotzs.com/deal-or-no-deal-slots/deal-or-no-deal-megaways-the-golden-box/ (currently its just a place holder until I edit it to add the review).
In WP is have added 2 catagories – “Deal Or No Deal” Slots and “Megaways Slots”, and set the primary term to “Deal Or No Deal Slots”. Which is fine, and works for siloing neatly for SEO.
However, at the top of the page there are 5 clickable catagory sections. These are
Free Spin Slots
Megaways Slots
Progressive Jackpot Slots
Jackpot King Slots
Megajackpot Slots. Each of these five sections has a fully written page, and I want the relevant review pages to appear under the text each time I write a review.
In this example the clickable catagory section I want it to appear on is https://www.slotzs.com/megaways-slots/
However, the reviews are actually appearing here – https://www.slotzs.com/category/megaways-slots/ – and this page doesnt appear on my site as there are no links to it. All links are to https://www.slotzs.com/megaways-slots/
The obvious difference is the addition of the “/catagory/” part of the url string. So have I done something wrong in the WP settings or is it impossible for Colormag to place specific posts under spoecific headings?
I’m sure its just me being dim, but if you are able to assist I’d be very grateful!

In reply to: [ColorMag] Change background colour of Right Sidebar? Thanks Bikalpa, that nearly works but not quite. I’ve kept the change so that you can see it on the site – https://www.slotzs.com. As you can see its put grey in between the articles but not around them, so it doesnt quite work.
It really needs to show as well down the left and right hand borders. However I’m guessing that the articles fill the maximum width of the secondary widget and that is why no grey shows around the edges of them. As the background has been set to maximum width (I’m guessing) the only thing to do would be to reduce/narrow the size of the topics in the widget section? Can that be done, or is this a mission too far?

In reply to: [ColorMag] LImiting title length in Front Page;Slider areaHi Bikalpa, thanks for getting back.
Not quite. The theme is perfect as it is. I was just wondering if the shortened title could only appear in the four small thumbnails, but when in the large (main) slider box, that the whole title appears.
So using my above title “WordPress and Colormag – a match made in heaven for non coders” in the four thumbanil boxes it just shortens to “WordPress and Colormag…” but when its in the main display box it says the full title “WordPress and Colormag – a match made in heaven for non coders”.
If it could be done that would be amazing but I dont want to put you to too much extra work!

In reply to: [ColorMag] LImiting title length in Front Page;Slider areaThat is awesome!
Its doing it for all five images, not just the thumbnails.
Is it possible to have the whole post title on the large image in the slider and the reduced post title (as your CSS does above) in the four smaller image boxes?
I dont know if this can be done, but if it can it would be perfect!
