Similar problem here but able to click ‘Mark order as complete’ in the app and then to add the tracking number and service – only to receive the message ‘Unable to add tracking to order’, with a ‘retry’ option.
Checking on the PC, I find the tracking number has been added multiple times to the order but none are actually functioning properly.
Adding the tracking number on the PC works perfectly.
I have Jetpack installed and running as required.
Is there a fix for this please as it would be very useful to be able to add tracking info using the app.

I was having the same issue in my store – API details correct and transaction ID present. I made it work however by unclicking the ‘completed’ button in the orders summary page in WC (next to the edit icon). Once done, refunds work perfectly.

I am moving a site with BPS installed to a new host. The IP address (and the admin details) is changing but everything else remains the same. Do I simply find and replace all the old IP addresses in the database .sql file to the new one?
The site has an IP address at the wordpress address url and the domain at the site address url
Is there anything else I need to do?

I think I have found a solution which was to create a new user and make them an administrator (as opposed to an editor) and amend their admin menu – which works fine!
