* double check if you have set correct API info for live mode or sandbox mode
* make sure your hosting support curl

maybe you try following way,

1 disable all plugins except woocommerce, and sendle shipping plugin
2 switch to wordpress default theme

than test NT address again to see how is going

We have tested with regional address, its working fine.

You need to check the following list and make sure the suburb or location is currently serviced by Sendle

I think its caused by your theme which overwriting the default css of sendle plugin, you can have a look your theme css file first

Also, can you enable debug from your wordpress config file – wp-config.php
