When you open the setting page, the API will be called for Pickup Franchise. You can contact Fastway to increase daily API call limit. By default, it’s very small, like 10 or 20 calls per day

I have a look, you have 2 issues,

1. pickup address does not support “Kholo”, you can check Sendle Locations and Coverage

2. delivery_suburb should be Brisbane, not Brisbane city.
