Is there anywhere I can view a demo of this functionality?

I did download the Market template (for free) from www.remarpro.com:

Forgive me as I am very new to this. I thought all themes downloaded from www.remarpro.com were public themes. So www.remarpro.com is just a portal?

So I downloaded a theme that might work (the “Market” theme). Is there a tutorial anywhere I can read to help me configure this theme? I can’t even get past square one.

P.S. Yes, the ultimate would be to have a plugin that would help me with this. That way, I could choose the theme that had the right look and feel, then use the plugin to get it to meet my needs.
