Sir, we dont set the Language to EN if you select English as the Language.
Only if you set some other language the string is inserted into the config.

@jonradio can you share your Softaculous experience with us.
I guess you must have used another Auto Installer which doesnt do updates or doesnt give proper packages.
BTW, we check and push for updates everyday.
I am sure if you use Softaculous you will like it.

Also the Database used by the wordpress2 installation is also used by the installation at :
https://www.hnphotographic.co.uk/

Someone has meesed up your installation. The first thing I would recommend is you hire a tech to look into it. WordPress 2 is safe and it just needs some fixes.

But if you want to start a fresh, you can simply delete the folder except the one for https://wwww.investigationma.com/wordpress

There are 3 databases under your account:
hnphotog_wp1 which is for the WordPress installed at :
https://www.investigationma.com/wordpress

hnphotog_wp2 which is for the WordPress installed at :
https://www.hnphotographic.co.uk/wordpress2

hnphotog_wp920 which is for the WordPress installed at :
https://hnphotographic.co.uk/wordpresshn

So if https://www.investigationma.com/wordpress is very very important I guess you should not touch hnphotog_wp1

investigationma.hnphotographic.co.uk is safe and you dont need to worry about that. Your installation at https://www.hnphotographic.co.uk is damaged as there is no database for it. Its using the database of your second installation of hnphotographic.co.uk/wordpress2

If investigationma.hnphotographic.co.uk is important and the other sites are not, then I recommend you delete the other sites except the folder and database of investigationma.hnphotographic.co.uk

We receieved your ticket today and after researching found that your original Database is missing. Your current wp-config.php has the DB details of another installation wordpress2 which is installed by installatron.

Of three wordpress databases none of them belonged to the installation in your public_html folder.
Are you using another DB not belonging to the cPanel user (the details of which you sent.) ?
