    Hi Bojan,

    Happy New year!

Apologies for the delay! I wanted to wait until I was no longer using a promo popup so that I could restore back to the plugins original defaults.

I’ve attempted to replicate your screencast but as you’ll see when I go to insert an image into the visual editor, it doesn’t display. The link is there but when you click the link I get a 404 error.

    Here’s my screencast:

When I insert an image using the ‘PopUp Feature Image’, as you can see it displays but it’s very small.

What I did to get around it, was to insert my image into the PopUp Feature Image and edit the CSS. The result of which you saw originally at the beginning of this thread.

Obviously there appears to be a bug in my version somehow so if you could let me know how to fix that would be great.

ps. I tried deleting the plugin and re-intsalling but the problem still remains.

    Hope you can help!

    Many Thanks,

    Sarah

Thanks for the advice Bojan ??

I did try uploading a full size image but it doesn’t display to scale without adding lots of blank text in the text field.

I’ve managed to find away around it but it still doesn’t work properly on a mobile.

Perhaps take a look at the popup on a mobile when you get chance, here’s the URL:

Thanks for the reply Bojan, it’s appreciated!

For some reason even if I insert a large image to fill the whole content area it displays really small with a wide content area for text on the left or right depending on which position I’ve chosen.

The only way I can get the image to display to scale is by inserting lots of lines of <br> in the text field which then increases the size of the image so it seems that the size that the image is dislayed at is dependent on the amount of text in the other column?

I’ve done this and then changed some CSS to get rid of the padding but it’s not ideal as it doesn’t display correctly on mobile devices (it’s ok on tablets however).

Is there a better solution for this?

    Hi Andrew,

The wordpress login details I provided are subscriber level only and don’t provide access to the backend…is this still an issue?

If you could let me know so that I can try and get the advice I need.

    Many Thanks.
