I agree this seems like an excellent addition to the plugin – options to format where you want the menu & logo to appear.I did discover a way to do this using a couple plugins. Basically Jetpack and Custom Views Pro – then putting in the CVP shortcode into the ticker.

Have you gotten this figure out? Have you tried activating a different Theme and then trying to install? Or deactivating your other plugins and trying to install it?
Just thoughts…
We actually fixed it several weeks ago by updating a bunch of plugins… thank you!
