Unfortunately, as the plugin was deleted, the settings have been lost as well. We also provide an option at the bottom of the plugin’s settings page to export the settings in the plugin in JSON format.

Is the USM plugin deactivated? Where can we see the Telegram icon? The username has to be entered without “@”

Overwriting the plugin’s old files with those from the newer version via FTP/cPanel while having the plugin deactivated should keep the settings in the plugin.
