I have disabled all plugins except woocommerce and changed theme to twenty twenty. I can now see that it is when i activate my theme Hestia Pro this features no longer works.

Finally I managed to get it working, there are so many API credentials across the PayPal site.

After setting up your account you will see your sandbox business account that is created by default in the accounts section.

Under SOAP APIs you can get all the details you need to enter into the woocommerce payment settings.

Hello, after much investigation it seems it was because our hosting provider GoDaddy wasn’t assigning us sufficinent resources. For others out there this is definitely something to check and also I would not recommend going with GoDaddy as they end up more expensive to run an eCommerce site than some of the competition.

The issue occurs when I enable WooCommerce on my wp-staging site so yes there does appear to be a conflict.

Would you like me to disable all plugin and change the theme then enable woocommerce on the staging site?
