I can not attach an image, however I have done the “Fetch as Bingbot” again and it said “Completed”. It then displayed the entire source code of the page in question without any errors or other messages.

I again raise the question as it was less then a few hours and Google picked up the changes in the SEO plugin right away, WITHOUT a Fetch. With Bing, I have now used the Webmaster Tools (Fetch as BingBot) Twice and still only see the

The Odd thing is that when I did the “Fetch as Bingbot” It could see the correct Information…..(see below)

As another Measure, I also resubmitted the SiteMap to Bing. It has no reported errors and has has 0 effect as well with a desired outcome.

Any other suggestions, or has anyone else seen that BING is unresponsive to changes with the Yoast SEO Plugin.

Greetings Rumejan, This was done without any effect results. A change with Google was noticed within 24 hours, however Bing has not updated in 48.

@premierweb That makes absolutely no sense…. didn’t list that plugin as something I am using.

I am still having this issue and would really like to get it resolved.

If someone who has dealt with this before can lend an idea, I would like to hear about it, thanks!

I am having the same issues…

    Rather annoying…

    I am using the following
‘Postman SMTP’, configured it to use Google’s SMTP servers.
    ‘Contact Form 7 MailChimp Extension’

I have been using this for several years, always going back to my demo site that is configured and works, to copy the setting from, for consistency.

Yet this time around… the spinning arrow is rather annoying. I had to pull the reCaptcha out of Contact Form 7 because it would “time out”.

    YET the
    – email is sent correctly
    – the ‘form’ correctly filled out to MailChimp

For those who feel it’s necessary to give the SOP of “turn off plugins and use a default theme” This is the exact same theme and plugins used on my “demo site”…. and it works there.

I would love to hear some good suggestions or tests to try.

    Thanx

But something was Broke…. The previous version showed the full [date month_name, ##, 2017] in the title on the event card. This new one doesn’t

    Take a look at https://www.wishman1.com/speaking/

Look at the 1st set of cards on the page, approx 1/3 down. The older event on the right for the “Success” event has the full date of [November 9, 2016 @ 6:00 am – 10:00 pm] Yet the NEW EVENT (after this update) does not… it only displays [March 26 @ 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm]

    This is a good question…..

I have been reading through the support tickets and keep seeing that “here is a fix” or “good catch I’ll put it in the next update,” or “I’ll push it out in the next update”.

These are all from within the last 10 months and the plugin repository states that this has not been updated in 2 years.

It seems you are looking at it, even responding, for the most part, but will an update actually happen?

    Thanks!

    I appreciate the reply…..

However I did view it in a published web page, otherwise is would have not been worth opening a ticket.

    I went with another solution.

    Hi Kat,

Thanks for continuing to look in on this issue. I noticed that you just released 3.6, however the same issues persist.

BackUpWordPress 3.6.0 upon attempted activation – error on screen is
“BackUpWordPress requires PHP version 5.3.2 or later and WordPress version 3.9 or later to run. It has not been activated.”

    Here is my information
    Apache 2.2.31
    php 5.4.24
    mySQL 5.5.42-37.1
    WP 4.4.2

I checked my “error_log” and there is nothing in there pertaining to the plugin name or directory.

    Thread Starter SoCalCreations

    (@socalcreations)

I see that there was an update…. however installing the new 3.5 on a WP v4.4.2 with php v5.4.24 still creates the same error

“BackUpWordPress requires PHP version 5.3.2 or later and WordPress version 3.9 or later to run. It has not been activated.”

    All other plugins were deactivated.
    Any ideas?

Second the LIKE, however I don’t see the use of it, since it is another call to the database. I mean I have over 300 quotes and growing, this feature could slow down the site, potentially.

Did you do the plugin shut off method to see if it was being interrupted by another plugin? I am using WP 4.2.3 & Quotes 2.0.4 without issues. Check your plugins and even your theme. However you can always delete this plugin using your FTP program and reupload the files again… that usually solves most issues if an ‘update’ ‘breaks’ a feature or plugin.

When was it ever on the “Dashboard”? I’ve only seen it in the standard Admin Side Menus.
