I have tried enable debug mode and reseted all products + Delete Background Sync Jobs. But i dont understand how i can see if something is wrong with the sync? Where do i find the debug log?
To reset everything is not a solution as the same sync problem will come up again.

After a lot of trouble shooting here, i think i finally found the problem.

The page has child theme, ant in the child themes “Functions” there was some kind of script:

This caused the problem.

I removed this script and the discount codes worked to apply again!
Not sure what this script was doing, but the page seems to work without it, so i think its fine!

I have seen the “deprecated” warnings but not sure about what the problem can be. (not an expert reading this info..) So I’m not sure about there is a plug in that can affect this.

I have tried to recreate the error and checked the console log. It looks like this:

1: This printscreen is from before applying the code on the checkoutpage.

2:This is what shows the moment i hit the “apply” button, just before it redirects to the log in page. This flashes for a very short moment, and its differs from the print screen above. However, im not sure if this gives any info.

when i roll back to the 1.11.4 version the catalouge is connected and syncing again just like before. Unfortunately the old version makes the wordpress site a lot slower when logged in on the page.

I just don’t get it can be something decided by Facebook and Business extension when i can manage everything with the old version of the plugin installed, but not the latest one?

Well i’m having the administrator access and have permission to do everything on the page so its not very tricky if you ask me.. The owner of the site has the same permissions as i have.

At you 100% sure its going to work if the owner of the page doing the connection from his account? I need to know because i won’t spend time and also taking the owners time if not sure its going to work in the end…

We rather wait until you have a solution that works. (I see a lot of users having the same issue in the support forum..)

Yes, i have admin permissions.

Problem is that i helped them to do this connection from my account because they found it to complicated to do it themselves. They never gonna manage do this connection with the plug in themselves from their account. So if that is the only alternative to solve it, we unfortunately have to remove the Plug-in.

Then i tried to change #fff to #000. AND that worked! Now the text is black.

I tried to use Firebug, but i did’nt find the CSS for input text. As i wrote, i’m quite new to this, and not an expert on CSS.

So where do i find the css for input text?

I already have a chid-theme….
