Hi @m155y5 I have indeed searched the Web and tried all the advice on the woo documentation. Nothing works. I really don’t know what else to try.

Thanks @lindamork I started to retake my photos so thats why that page looks all square.
However, my images for 5 years have always been rectangular and woo cropped them square. It’s only when I uploaded a new product last week and I noticed it wasn’t square that I set a regeneration off. When I realised the regeration was changing the images from square to rectangle I stopped it running.

@jricketts4 I tried a forced update as suggested a couple of times but it is just not working.

@jricketts4 Even though I set this in motion an hour ago nothing seems to be happening. I do have a message on my dashboard which ends with this “Note: WP CRON has been disabled on your install which may prevent this update from completing.”

This happens for all my out of stock items that have been left in a cart.

It’s not the caching. It seems to be if you are logged in (even as customer login not an administrator) you can access the whole site.

Is there something else we are supposed to be doing?

I emptied all the caches as soon as I set it to maintenance mode.

They are returning customers so do you think that would have something to do with it?
