i can confirm its something related to browser cashing
i have used Firefox a fresh installed version and it was working great
so delete the chrome or the web browser you are using for WordPress admin will solve the issue

@seanhelmes i have cleared the server cache nothing at all
please what did you do after updating oneSignal Plugin

it doesnt work same issues
i have now disabled OneSignal untill they fix their errors
i am using version version 1.16.16 and classic editor
many things doesnt work : html code – Yoast Seo score bellow the editor – the hyperlinks button settings
everything work if you disable the OneSignal plugin
Please fix its a high priority for your costumers

you cannot edit the hyperlinks in the calssic editors
please fix your plugin codes there are incompatibilities issues
