Thank you so much. I think this may be a bit above my skill level, however.

Just curious – this had been working up until the past week or so… what would have suddenly changed in this regard? Was there a recent update, @megnicholas?

On Google’s side it is saying “We detected that your site is not verifying reCAPTCHA solutions. This is required for the proper use of reCAPTCHA on your site. Please see our developer site for more information.” – even if a brand new key is put in place.

FYI – I went back to Google and made a new key, etc. and nothing is changing in terms of the form submitting. Thanks for looking into this.

As a follow-up note, I even went and set up / obtained a new KEY for the reCaptcha to see if that would resolve the issue, but it does not.

We are having the exact same issue – can someone perhaps look into this? Otherwise I will have to change Contact forms for my client immediately.

“Please solve the recaptcha to continue.” even though the user just did…

I am having the same problem all of a sudden. Upon completion of the CAPTCHA form and then attempting to submit, one will receive a message that the reCAPTCHA must be tried again even though the green check box comes up as verified accurate. It will continue to say “Please solve the recaptcha to continue.” and will not submit the message.

If I turn off our Featured image though – it really makes a mess of the feel of our website. For example, this page: https://esimoney.com/articles would no longer have associated thumbnails.

After I posted my request for help, I continued to pick away at the settings and it seems like it is now working OK. The client decided the following for shipping “cutoffs” for weight

Small – 16 Ozs./1 lb.; – $5.95
Medium- 3.75 lbs., – $12.65
Large- up to 6.25 lbs. – $17.90

I think anything beyond that amount of weight for the large box is more of a “fitting into the box” issue. It becomes a size-of-product problem, not weight problem as those boxes accept up to 20lbs as long as they close normally.

She’d contact the customer at that point of that large of any order, I would assume.

I struggled with understanding the whole oz vs lbs calculations, but it appears I have managed this. I do see NOW the shipping prices are changing accordingly (where they were not when I first posted here).

That is true, things can be heavily keyworded and set up via SEO plug-ins, etc. and the site can work just fine, LOL! Thanks again for the hand-holding ??

OK – I did do that. They are being a pain – not even answering my emails or phone calls. Thank you… I have a feeling there’s going to be a variety of issues with them, sadly! At least I feel better knowing that it’s something that couldn’t be resolved by ME, since I’ve been trying for two days!

Is this something I can do – or does it have to be done at server level through the ISP? Forgive my ignorance…

There must be just one little bit of coding to force it to search tags too… I just know it!!!
