Yeah I just want TERM_B to get linkified, and it currently is not. I have tested this with several different shortcode plugins.

Example:

[su_column]ThingIWantLinkified[/su_column] Does not work, but ThingIWantLinkified does.

Unfortunately I don’t really want to recreate the buggy environment on my site. I am planning on changing themes eventually, I will see if that fixes the issue.

Well the shortcodes were not changed, just the plugin was the only thing that changed.

Since it works for me on version 1.34 it had to be some change on the plugin update.

Sure, it literally displays nothing for the Isotopes.

So when you load a post with nothing but the isotope shortcode you would just see a post with no content.

Just as an update. 1.39 also does not display any Masonry posts. Looks like I will be perpetually stuck on version 1.34.

Since 1.35 is what broke it for me, I assume it has something to do with:
“isotope appear and animation enabled after initial load.”

It would not display anything at all, just completely blank. I have since downgraded to the previous version and it all works again.

It might have been some strange conflict with my theme, but it is strange that the conflict only occurs on the upgrade.
