I was always logged into the facebook account that manages the business page, so that couldn’t have been an issue. Why did you assume that?

Anyway, I used your plugin and reset the settings. It didn’t make any difference to our stock synchronisation issue! Are you sure this extra plugin from you removes ALL settings and configurations relating to the app and API, as well as the pixel? Or is there possibly something still left behind?

– full wordpress-site url is entered on facebook page

I have a site in German (site language) and English (admin language and selection on front end). All strings are showing as translated within wpml but the invoice doesn’t translate. Regardless of which language the order is placed in, the invoice is always in English (admin language). Any thoughts?
