    We have the same issue after updating WordPress to the latest version. Yoast SEO plugin is version 15.4. Please can you assist? Which Yoast SEO version is most compatible with the latest Word Press version?

    Hi Syed,

    The same issue happened to our website. When the plugin was updated it broke the website, it didn’t load at all and we had to disable the plugin.

    Please urgently advise as we cannot have this happen again.

    Home page, “Sign up” for updates button top right corner and “sign up” banner at the bottom should open the popup form.

    As the plugin is disabled now, the form is at the bottom of the page.

    Anybody used the Events calendar and experienced this problem? Any help will be appreciated! The events don’t update on the front end, no support from The Events Calendar Team either!

    Hi Marcus,

    1. This could be, I will test this. But we have new cars(products) we tagged with “new” that should not sync to Facebook Shop and they do. Both “sold” and “new” should not sync to Facebook.

    2. Another issue we have is that some cars have an image with “New arrival” which client updates with a proper image when it is possible but the updated images doesn’t sync to Facebook. Please can you assist.

    Shoud we delete the “new arrivals” on Facebook? Will the updated product with updated image sync again to Facebook? Or how can we ensure updated images will sync?

    Hi Marcus

    We urgently need your help, please.

    We have cars(products) syncing from (Woocommerce) to the Facebook Shop but want the cars(products) tagged with “Sold” or “new” to be excluded from syncing to Facebook.
    Currently, it does not exclude the sold or new tagged cars (products) and our client is very very unhappy. We need to have this resolved urgently, please.

    How and when can you assist?

    Hi Support,

    We want to exclude “Sold” vehicles on the website from syncing to the Facebook Shop.
    In the FB for Woocommerce plugin, there is a field where tags can be added if the products with these tags should be excluded from the sync to FB, but there is no place to save this setting? Please can you help?
