We don’t load Twitter script on mouseover because there is no need for it. Counts are hidden by default if it is less than 1. So when you get 1 retweet, then the button will start showing 1 after the cache is cleared which is every 30 minutes.

I can’t see the image you pasted. Getting a 403 error there.

Not sure why the drag-drop won’t work. Can you also tell me which browser you are using and operating system as well.

The answer is the same as the one I emailed you with. We don’t offer styling support with this plugin.

Got a preview for me? The Pinterest Image is pulling from the featured images. If no featured image is specified then it looks for the first image. If that is not there, then it looks for the fallback image that you set on the FSB settings page.

If it finds none of the above, then it will return that error.

If the bar is not floating and the plugin is not loading, then chances are that the script is not loading.

If the script is not loading, then its most likely the fault in the theme.

Another reason could be a conflict with another plugin.

Not sure what could be going wrong with this.

You would have to target the appropriate CSS classes and override the styling using your theme’s style.css file.

The future release will have hooks and filters, but the release probably won’t be out for another month or so.

That is not an option at this point.

I just tested the issue on Chrome. The bar is floating. You just have to let your page load completely. It seems that Video of the Week is slowing down your page load.

Our script loads last, so the bar won’t float if the script is not loaded.

Just tested the firefox and that seems to be working fine as well.

You can’t use our plugin in combination with other share plugins and expect the speed to go down. The purpose of this plugin is to be used independently and replace the other ones.

From your report, I see you have both AddThis and ShareThis loading on top of our plugin.

Also just loaded your site right now without our plugin, and it is loading 1.81s – 2.5s range

I’d suggest trying loading the site in the same datacenters at Pingdom to see more accurate results. Because when you compare performance over different datacenters, it will show difference based on your server location.

I can guarantee that with our plugin when used independently as it should be used… the load time will be lower.
