In reply to: Sending Mass Emails From WebsiteThank you
It turned out that since it’s an add-on domain, it was pulling the plugin from the main domain on the account and somehow that was impacting the add-on. I have deactivated it for now and am able to do my work
I tried clearing my cache. Still no change. The weird part is everything was working fine when I left work Friday, then yesterday I started getting the error again.
This is the full error:

In reply to: Slow Load TimeThank you. I removed that image, but I am still getting a 94.7s load time. Is there somewhere else that file might be hiding/trying to load?

In reply to: [Simple Subscribe] Emails Not SendingI checked with my host and I am not sending nearly enough emails/day for it to be a problem (I have a limit of 500 an hour and use no more than 30/day) and there is nothing in the error logs.
