Thanks for acknowledging that the plugin has an issue with FB & IG checkout and for trying to resolve this with Facebook.
Do you have any estimate of how long this will take? The irony is FB is offering us an incentive (over $10K in ads spending) if we activate the FB & IG checkout before September 19th… but given that it currently doesn’t work we are left with hoping that you guys get this solved before then or that we quickly rebuild our ecommerce site on another platform with better FB integration (e.g. Shopify).Please advise on a timeline.

Not sure if you read the whole thread above, but I started this thread exactly as a follow up of the one that you mentioned, so I had already tried the exact steps that you suggest, but with those steps the checkout is on an external site and not on IG/FB.Quoting my message above:

However, when I made a test purchase today from my personal account I had the exact same issue as few weeks ago: the order first appeared as “Pending” and then 30 min or so later it became “Order pending acknowledgement by Woocommerce Integration” and no order appeared on our woocommerce site.

(PS I will have to revert the check out to external site for now until you guys find a resolution or else we will cumulate pending orders that we cant fulfill through our integration.)Thanks!

On that thread I was told by @wpnomad:

Per forum rules, can you please open a separate thread for your site – we’ll be able to help you there.”Thus I opened this new thread for my site and I would love to hear if it is possible and how to enable “Checkout with FB or IG” (without Shopify’s Shop Pay).
Would it be enough to select “Checkout with Facebook or Instagram” leaving the option “Turn on Shop Pay by Shopify” unchecked?Thanks!

Are you saying that we currently CAN’t USE the “checkout on FB or IG” option with a woocommerce integration? That is a big deal since it is the main reason why a shop on IG/FB should reduce the friction on purchase flow.
Any ETA on when this is gonna be solved?
Also, once we roll back to “Check out on anotehr website” how can we handle the pending orders?
