Yes, you can display more than one post. To better assist you with this can you open a support ticket on our site using the following page https://smashballoon.com/custom-facebook-feed/support/ and be sure to include the system info from our plugin along with the full shortcode you are using.

Thank you for reaching out to us. You would need an admin of the group to add our App to the group permissions in order for the plugin to be able to access the group content. Let me know if this addresses your concerns or if you have any additional questions.

The free version of the plugin isn’t able to display photos or videos in the posts I’m afraid. This is a feature we have in the Pro version but isn’t available in the free version. We have to offer a Pro version in order to allow us to continue to develop and support this free plugin at no cost. This is mentioned in the “Pro Version” section of the plugin description here on www.remarpro.com, or there’s a full list of the differences here

Apologies for any confusion related to our previous message as we thought your question was in regards to the Instagram plugin. We show the latest post on Facebook is an event post. Facebook only allows you to display events outside of Facebook if you are the host or co-host of the event, which it does not appear your page is listed as either. However, for future reference, if you want to display events through the plugin you need to generate a Page Access Token through your own Facebook App to display any events from your page in which you are the host or co-host.

Thank you for reaching out to us. When we view the page we are seeing the official Facebook page plugin being used and not our plugin. The feed from our plugin can be added to the page by placing the following shortcode where you want the feed displayed:
[custom-facebook-feed]
Can you try adding the shortcode to see if the feed displays as expected with the columns feature?

@wwwolf Thank you for reaching out to us. We show your site is using version 2.9.1 but Group support was introduced in version 2.10. Can you please update to the latest version of the plugin.
Once you have updated you will want to use the Log in and get my Access Token button in our plugin to generate an access token for the group. In the shortcode for the group feed, you can add the group access token and you will also need to add the group ID and page type shortcode options like so:
pagetype=group id=”ENTER_GROUP_ID_HERE”
