Thank you for the clarification. Can you try adding the following to our plugins Custom CSS section by going to WordPress Dashboard > Instagram Feed > Customize > Misc > paste the code into?Custom CSS?> click?Save Changes.

Thank you for sending this over. Can you clarify if you only want there to be 3 columns on tablet or do you also want 3 columns on desktop and mobile as well?

Thank you for reaching out to us. The Free version does not have options to control the number of columns on mobile. This is a feature of our Pro version of the plugin.

However, you can review the following FAQ: https://smashballoon.com/custom-twitter-feeds-gdpr-compliance/ in regards to GDPR for the plugin and what aspects of the plugin you can enable/disable to be in compliance with GDPR. We may consider adding something like this in the future.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Yes, we extend the tokens to work for 60 days. 20 days into the 60-day limit, the plugin will renew the token so that it will never expire. Please note, if the access token becomes invalidated due to a password change, the access token will need to be manually renewed.

@autobodyshop thank you for reaching out to us. There is not an option to disable hashtags. However, can you try adding the following to our plugins Custom JS section by going to WordPress Dashboard > Facebook Feed > Customize > Misc > paste the code into?Custom JavaScript?> click?Save Changes.
