We have not had anyone else report this type of issue. However, Instagram actually requires a unique login for each account. There is often confusion on this due to the way the mobile app works in allowing you to connect multiple accounts and switch between them without logging in and out. If you are unsure of the password for your other account you can use the forgot password option on instagram.com.

It looks like something on your site is customizing how our plugin works. Normally the captions are not available with our free version. You may need to contact the developer who helped you set up the site or possibly the theme author for help with this.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Can you go to Instagram Feed > Customize > Misc > Image Resizing > enable Favor Local Images > click Save Changes to see if this resolves the issue? You will want to clear any caching and optimization plugins on your site and then view the page with the feed on it to trigger the local image feature.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Instagram only allows you to display content from accounts in which you are the owner, have login access, or have the access token. Outside of this, it is no longer possible to display posts from other accounts.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We show the footer widgets are floated left which is causing the feed to be smaller than it should be. Can you try adding the following to our plugins Custom JavaScript section by going to WordPress Dashboard > Instagram Feed > Customize > Misc > paste the code into?Custom JavaScript?> click?Save Changes.
