Sorry to hear you are having issues. Can you remove the plugin and reinstall to see if this resolves the issue? To ensure your current settings are saved, please go to Instagram Feed > Configure > enable Preserve settings when plugin is removed > click Save Changes.

Apologies assumed that you had already deactivated our plugin. You would need to remove our plugin folder from the WordPress plugins directory on the server using FTP to get it deactivated and then complete the steps in the previous message.

This is likely being caused by a Firefox extension/add-on. Can you temporarily disable any extensions/add-ons to see if this resolves the issue on your end?

We would advise not posting your access token publicly in forums for security reasons. If after completing the steps the error message is still displayed, can you click the view feed and retry button?

Our plugin has already been updated to be compatible with the upcoming API changes which were originally planned for March 2. As long as you are not seeing a message in the admin area advising you that you need to reconnect your account then you should be all set. The plugin automatically handles the access token renewal process in the background.
