Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. The error you are seeing can be commonly caused by issues with the connection to your Instagram account, so you can try these steps to refresh the connection:
Go to Instagram Feed > Settings > Instagram Accounts > remove the connected account(s) > click the Save Changes button. After this, click the blue Connect an Instagram Account button and go through the connection process again, select your account as Primary Feed under Instagram Accounts and Save Changes again.
If this does not resolve the issue, we would need a little more specific information to help you get it resolved, so please open a support ticket here and be sure to include the “System Info” from the Support tab of the plugin settings.

Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. Please try refreshing your access token by following these steps: Go to Instagram Feed > Settings > Instagram Accounts > remove the connected account(s) > click the Save Changes button. After this, click the blue Connect an Instagram Account button and go through the connection process again, select your account as Primary Feed under Instagram Accounts and Save Changes again.
After this, go to Instagram Feed > Customize and click Reset Resized Images and Clear Backup Cache.

Thanks for following up and letting us know you got the issue resolved. You are correct that in the Pro version you can filter these posts out by keyword using the “Do not show posts containing” setting. You could filter by “This content isn’t available at the moment” or however the message appears on your end depending on the local language.
