Instagram service has been restored and so connecting accounts and creating new feeds should work again as expected. Thanks for your patience! ??
Hi @traductordemenu,
Sorry to hear you’re having an issue! The plugin is fully compatible with Elementor. Just search for “Instagram” in the Elementor widgets bar. Here is a screenshot to demonstrate. Just drag that widget onto your page to embed your Instagram feed.
If you’re running into an issue with this then our support team is ready and happy to help! Just submit a support ticket either here on the .org forums, or on our website, and someone will get back to you right away to help. We’d really appreciate the chance to help anytime you have an issue before leaving a review!
I hope you’re having a great weekend ??

Hi @kruku,
Sorry to hear the plugin wasn’t a good fit. We try to make it clear in advance near the top of the plugin description that the free version doesn’t include photos in the posts, so that users who need to display photos don’t install it (screenshot). While we wish we could offer every feature for free, we unfortunately have to reserve some features for the Pro version to allow us to continue providing support and updates to this free plugin on an ongoing basis.
As Facebook are making constant changes to their platform then it’s a lot of work and cost for us to keep up with both the code changes required and the technical support that comes with it. If we weren’t able to offer a Pro version then unfortunately maintaining the plugin on a continual basis wouldn’t be possible.
We do include a lot of other configuration options in the free version though, and don’t limit the number of posts, number of feeds, or how frequently they update like other plugins do.
If you have any questions or further feedback at all then just let me know, and I hope you’re having a good week so far.
Many thanks!
John
@rolijonclemenia, very sorry for the delayed response here, your last question slipped through the cracks! That button is just used to manually connect a YouTube account if you have your own developer app you want to use. It can be used instead of using the blue button inside our plugin to connect your account, but for most users it isn’t needed.
Just let us know if you have any other questions at all, and I hope you’re having a great week!
John
Thanks @darkestangell1928, we really appreciate the positive review and are glad to hear you love the plugin ??

Hi @pipoulito ,
I’m seeing a number of JavaScript errors on your site in Google Chrome which may not be occurring in Firefox (screenshot). To get around these errors, could you try enabling the following setting in the plugin to see whether it resolves the issue for you?
Instagram Feed > Customize > Misc > Enqueue JS file in head
If that doesn’t fix the issue, then please try enabling the “Disable JS Image Loading” which is two spots below it.
Please let me know whether that solves the problem, otherwise we can help to troubleshoot further!
I hope you’re having a great end to your week.
John
Thanks @humanityco, I reached out to you at that email to continue the conversation.

Hi @pressgang,
I’m so sorry for the delayed reply here. I’m not sure how this ticket slipped through the cracks but we didn’t see it until now!
To help us troubleshoot this, would you be able to send us your “System Info” from the plugin (which can be found in your WordPress admin at Facebook Feed > Support > System Info) and send it to us via our support form here along with a link to this thread?
Thank you, and apologies again for the delayed response!
John
Hi Jay (@tbfmonlineradio),
Thanks for your feedback. We always appreciate critical feedback and try to learn from it, however, in this case what you’re stating simply isn’t true. I have gone back and checked and we sent 17 replies to try to help you with your issue and our support team spent countless hours trying to help you debug an issue with your Facebook account.

As you can see, you sent us an email on July 5th, we responded on July 7th, it was then over 3 weeks later till you responded back again. At which point I apologized for any frustration and promptly issued a refund as you had requested.
As I explained in my email response, I am genuinely sorry for the issue you experienced with your Facebook account. We tried our best to troubleshoot it with you but unfortunately it was outside of our control and not something we were able to successfully resolve. I then proceeded to fully refund your payment despite it being 6 months since purchase and being outside our regular 30 day refund window.
I’m not sure what else we could have done here to help. Our support team was courteous and as helpful as they could be considering this issue was not related to the plugin itself and was outside of our control.
I’m really sorry you had a negative experience, and can sincerely sympathize with the frustrations of dealing with Facebook issues, as we’ve been having to deal with them for 8 years now! Believe me when I say that it is as frustrating for us as it is for you, and we wish working with Facebook was easier.
I wish you all the best in the future.
John
