Apologies for the delay in replying – I didn’t get a notification!

Did you contact me via email about this?

If not: IOS stops auto-playing of videos, and this is technically how the plugin ‘switches’ the thumbnail to a regular video.

I have this on my list to check out in more detail, so I will post back here if I find a solution.

Questions for you (if you’ve not already resolved):

1) Are you using the same version of the plugin on each site?
2) Are you using the same plugins on each site?
3) Are there any different caching mechanisms on the site it’s not working on?

Also, do you have a URL I can see to check this out?
