In reply to: [uCare - Support Ticket System & HelpDesk] terrible plug inim sorry to hear that.. we offer chat support on our website, we also have our help desk where we respond to every support ticket. lastly, there’s github where some users create tickets there too..I see that you’ve created github tickets, which we have responded to.
The cannot delete issue was resolved in a patch also, so make sure you have updated to the latest version.
if you’re still having issues, please create a support request on our website, thats the best way for users, especially pro users to create tickets for support.this review is identical to another review for this plugin.. not sure how two users would give an identical review, unless its spam.
Please elaborate what you’re referring to when you claim that the plugin has been poorly developed, or all the bugs that you have encountered. We have put a ton of work developing this plugin, all using best practices and standards, so i’m very interested in your insight pertaining to the quality of the plugin.

Please dont share logins on here, as this is a public forum.
Regarding disabling the products, you can go to the uCare settings page, and turn off the integration with woo/edd from the general tab.Best regards!

For security and validation reasons, uCare now auto-registers the user, then sends them a link to verify & set a password. This was done in efforts to shorten the signup process, and remove the password field. Additionally, uCare used to auto-generate a password and send it via email, that was also changed in uCare v1.7.0.
version 1.7 was a complete change to the signup flow and logic, if you have this version, then this is how it works. There’s no option to change that.

if you have email piping, you can direct contact form 7 forms to submit to the same inbox that you’re using for email piping.
This will automatically create a new ticket for anyone who submits a contact form 7, gravity form or any other form inquiry.
Email piping is not free though, you can get it as an add-on, or part of the Pro version. This is the only way to accomplish this with uCare.

.pot file has been updated with the latest update, this is a community supported product. Developers and translators contribute their own time to build and translate the plugin.
Perhaps instead of being so critical, do your part and make recommendations rather than harsh reviews. Translating plugins is open for everyone. Why choose the negative route instead of a positive one that benefits everyone? Not cool.
I wonder if the redirect you have with the login has something to do with this. I tested going to various login pages on your site and I can see re-directs. Can’t be sure if this is related though.
are you able to test disabling login redirects, perhaps on a staging environment.
That’s my only guess at this time. We can do further troubleshooting, but for that you’ll need to create a ticket on our help desk.The Reset PW link isn’t working, i get automatically re-directed back to the homepage. Do you have any re-directs active on the site that could be causing this?
I was able to register and create a test ticket. You can see it in the help desk.
The system no longer auto-creates passwords for users as of version 1.7. Please update the email template for user registration, and remove the password field from it, as it’s no longer needed.
