This is self-hosted, on my Synology DS210j. I have installed 3.0.4 with four plugins (Akismet,NextGEN Gallery,Role Scoper, and Subscribe2.) using Ocular Professor 1.3.1 as the theme.
Thanks for the info. Am still a little confused. Under tools->subscribers->current subscribers, I have some folks who are public subscribers and some who are registered subscribers.
Question: How did some become registered subscribers?
Question: How can I convert public subscribers to registered subscribers?

Thanks for the quick response. However, when looking in the Widgets under Appearance, I do not see anything that relates to Blog Subscriptions.
