    Joy,

Thank you again. Because your comment pointed me to the lightbox plugin being broken, I installed a new plugin. It seems to be working OK. Still having some small issues figuring out the right settings for my needs – but images are no longer unclickable.

Well – it looks like you are right. I just hit the “Visit plugin site” link under the plugin Lightbox 2 and it led to: https://www.stimuli.ca/lightbox

That page has a 404 error message “Page not found”. Not a good sign for plugin support!

Thank you for looking at this.

I don’t have a plugin called Stimuli. So, I am concerned that you are seeing that I do – especially if there is code related to it causing the issue.

I take it from your response that the effect that I used to see when the image was clicked is the “lightbox effect”. I had no clue. (I didn’t design my blog. I took it over years ago from someone who had already designed it. So, I’m fairly wordpress illiterate.)

I have a plugin called Lightbox 2. I thought it was related to old photo galleries. Now, I assume that it must be the plugin having issues. So that points me in the right direction for further research.

Specifically on this page, I am referring to the inserted flyer within the body of the post.

I’ve been having the same problem lately. Old posts had embedded Facebook posts that worked. New ones refused to work.

I noticed that if I pasted the new facebook under the code from old, both worked. So I presumed that some code in the old one was required to be there – and narrowed down to the same difference noted in above comments:

If I replace sdk.js#xfbml=1&version=v2.3 with all.js#xfbml=1 it works perfectly.

I do have to note that I have an old version of WordPress – 3.6. (Over a year ago when we tried to update it, it screwed up the AdRotate plugin and all my ads and data were lost. So we went back to older version. I’ve been afraid to update it since.)

I wonder if others having the issue also have an older version of WordPress.
