That’s right. If you want to capture the email and/or phone in that case there are plenty of other plugins that will do that for you.

That’s correct, the plugin doesn’t capture the phone number.
If the plugin is able to associate a cart with an existing account it will show the email in the table. If you want to view the phone number, you would just need to look up the customer profile in WooCommerce for that email address.
Does my explanation make sense?

If the cart can associate a cart with a customer record in the database, it will show the email address from that profile. If they filled out the phone number, you could look it up, but the plugin doesn’t show it currently.
Just to be clear the plugin doesn’t actually capture the email address or phone number.
Does that make sense?

Currently the carts aren’t removed from the database after any set time, however I’m happy to supply you with some code to do this.

What I need to do is reproduce what you’re seeing on your side, so lets focus on example #1.
Can you tell me the following.
1) Weight and size of the product in the cart.
2) Are you using the free or premium version. If premium, is the plugin in box mode? If it is, please tell me the sizes of the boxes you have defined.
3) What is the postal code on the settings page you’re shipping from?
4) What is the postal code on the cart page you’re shipping to?Looking forward to hearing back. I do have to head out for a few hours here, but will check back this evening to see if you’ve replied.

I see you opened a support ticket on www.remarpro.com three years ago but obviously it wasn’t resolved to your satisfaction.
Were you using the plugin for the last three years knowing the plugin wasn’t working as you expected?
If you have a subscription for the plugin, please let know the subscription number so I can ensure it’s cancelled moving forward.

– A screen shot of the weight and dimensions of the product you’re having an issue with.

You’re right it is unacceptable to wait three weeks for support when you’re running an online store, and I apologize that this happened.
